Refund policy

Refunds: We have a 1 time, 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. To be eligible for the One Time Refund, you will be asked to fill out our refund form, and provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We ask you donate the clean items to your local charity.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
